Returns
Returns are only accepted for ready-to-wear items (i.e., not customized or bespoke).
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customized or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for ready-to-wear items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Contact our customer service team to request an exchange. Please provide the item you wish to exchange and the preferred size or style for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or damaged.
