By using the website www.israeldia.com and purchasing products from Israel Dia, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Israel Dia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.

1. Payment Terms
* A minimum deposit of 70% is required to initiate production for bespoke items. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection.
* For ready-to-wear products, payment must be made in full at the time of order.

2. Delivery Fees
* A delivery fee applies to all orders within Nigeria.
* International orders are subject to separate delivery fees, which must be paid in full before dispatch.

3. Fittings
* Fitting sessions are optional but available to ensure the perfect fit for bespoke/Custom orders.
* Any adjustments or alterations required after delivery due to changes in measurements or style preferences will incur additional charges.

4. Fabric Sourcing
* We strive to source fabrics based on client specifications, but exact fabric availability is not guaranteed.
* If a selected fabric is unavailable, the designer will choose the closest alternative that aligns with the design concept.

5. Online Orders & Fabric Selection
* Fabric images will not be sent for approval during online orders, as camera images may not accurately reflect colors.
* Clients are encouraged to trust the designer’s expertise in fabric selection.

6. Design Agreement
* The final design will be mutually agreed upon and documented in the order form.
* No changes to the design will be accepted once production has started.

7. Refund Policy
* Bespoke outfits are non-refundable, as they are tailored to the client’s specific measurements.
* Any alterations or adjustments after delivery will incur additional charges.

8. Delivery Time
* Delivery time for bespoke outfits starts at 3 weeks but may vary based on the complexity of the design.
* Any delays will be promptly communicated.
* Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional cost.

9. Measurement Responsibility
* Clients providing remote measurements are responsible for their accuracy.
* Israel Dia is not liable for any fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the client.

10. Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled after production has begun will forfeit the deposit as compensation for materials and labor costs incurred.

11. Shipping & Delivery
* Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.
* International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

12. Intellectual Property
* All content on the Israel Dia website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Israel Dia and is protected by copyright laws.
* Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability
Israel Dia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products, except where required by law.
